Hiring Quality Control Associate in Waukegan, IL.
Shift : First Shift

Position Responsibilities-Tasks-Deliverables

  • Maintain calibration of quality control equipment.
  • Conduct product testing, including testing to support complaint investigations.
  • Generate product testing results reports.
  • Review production batch records for accuracy and completeness to approve intermediate products for use in production.
  • Report all deviations and assures these have been addressed and resolved prior to issuing approval.
  • Participate in the internal audit program.
  • Write and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary.
  • Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency.
  • Maintains Quality Assurance Operations by following quality assurance policies and procedures and accurately reporting necessary changes.
  • Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
  • Contributes to the Quality Department Team Effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintains Inter- and intradepartmental workflow by fostering a spirit of cooperation.
  • Maintains Supplies Inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels and anticipating needed supplies as required.
  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
