Job description

As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for offering fast and friendly customer service in our gas station. The Store Associate is responsible for performing all cashiering, stocking, cleaning and customer service duties that focus on providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
  • Maintain assigned areas in-stock and in presentable condition
  • Actively seek out customers in store
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Perform housekeeping duties, as assigned and assist in maintaining a clean and inviting store appearance.
  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases
  • Assist in ensuring that all pumps, equipment, signs and facilities are functioning and look good.
  • Work in the walk-in cooler
