ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a personable and hardworking store associate to join our retail team and help us deliver customer-centric experiences and services in-store. In this role, you’ll be providing product and brand education to our customers, along with technical services such as product repairs and personalization. We’re passionate about sustainability and we hope you are too! This role will report to the Store Manager and be based at the store in Vancouver, BC.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver excellent customer service with friendly and knowledgable communication with customers and providing an overall positive sales experience;
  • Maintain and demonstrate strong knowledge of our products and brand;
  • Meet daily/weekly sales targets;
  • Provide after-sales technical services including product repairs and personalization;
  • Perform store tasks and duties including POS transactions, store maintenance, store cleanliness, administration and product management including organization, replenishment, inventory control and theft prevention;
  • Follow and maintain visual and merchandise standards;
  • Ensure company policy and procedures are adhered to;
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience working in a retail store with a leading brand;
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Hardworking, detail-oriented and responsible team player;
  • Has or is willing to learn technical skills related to product repairs and personalizations;
  • Passionate about sustainability, bonus if you’ve worked in the space;
  • Experience with and willing to learn G-Suite and other computer software: Internet, POS systems, etc.;
  • Flexibility to work nights, evenings, and statutory holidays as needed;
  • Fluency in English, bonus if you speak other languages;
  • Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds.
