Job description

Adecco is hiring a 2nd shift Inventory Control Associate for our client in Louisville. This position will monitor and maintain the integrity of warehouse inventory and storage locations through analysis, reporting, and item/material master audit/input. The intended outcome is having the right parts in the right location at the right time to satisfy customer demand and financial (SOX) compliance.

2nd shift Monday – Friday 2:30pm – 11pm with occasional OT - $22/hour


GENERAL RESPONISIBILITIES:

  • Must have experience with cherry pickers, reach trucks and forklifts

  • Replenishments / Manage and complete cycle count process

  • Reconcile inventory differences and root cause reason

  • Maintain accuracy of item and material master

  • Identify irregularities in daily operational processes that create inventory issues

  • Assist with cycle counting and process audits

  • Respond and resolve NIL issues in real time, corrective action to inventory variances and review historic transactions

  • Research and resolve problem parts brought

  • Provide timely and appropriate reporting of requested metrics and KPIs

  • Other duties as determined by supervisor/management team

  • Continuous improvement/5S

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift to 30 pounds

  • Ability to stand for extended period of times

  • Ability to work in a non-climate control environment

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
