Wayne, IN  store s a critical role focused on managing and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure seamless store operations. The successful candidate will oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand without overstocking. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to track inventory movements and reconcile discrepancies promptly. The Inventory associate will collaborate closely with the sales and logistics teams to support efficient product flow and timely replenishment. Ultimately, this position contributes directly to the store's operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by maintaining an organized and well-stocked inventory system.Minimum Qualifications:Basic experience with inventory management or stock handling.Ability to operate inventory software and basic computer applications.Ability to stand for long periods of time.
