Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Cycle Counter Coordinator working very closely with cycle counter Assist Inventory Accountant with physical inventory preparation.

Drive monthly internal audit reviews of receiving and shipping Prepare monthly inventory entries as needed Reconcile OUTs and ICE subinventories on weekly and monthly basis Open and close periods for 30 locations on monthly basis Publish inventory report and perform analysis on needed basis Publish weekly scrap report Assist in all inventory related discrepancy driving root-cause and favorable actions REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Four (4) year degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study. 1-3 years of Inventory Control experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with ERP inventory management environment Cycle counting and inventory valuation/reconciliation experience Excellent analytical and problem identification/solving skills Excellent communication skills MS Office Experience PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL and/or EXPERIENCE Experience in Account Alias ERP structure Manufacturing JIT and material flow optimization
