Job description

Inventory Coordinator - Asset Management 
Will serve as the primary administrative and logistical support resource for managing demonstration asset inventory across the airborne Applications Engineering team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records within the designated asset management tool, coordinating equipment movements, performance of functional checks for incoming & outgoing demo pool shipments, coordinate required repairs with the service department. and ensuring adherence to global trade compliance and internal control policies. The position will also contribute to the development and upkeep of inventory control processes, documentation standards, and compliance-related procedures. Success in this role will directly support sales enablement, operational efficiency, and audit readiness across multiple business units. 
PAY RATE: 26.00 hour
LOCATION: Wilsonville Oregon 97070 
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date records in the corporate asset management system, including asset status, location, ownership, and usage history.
  • Coordinate demo asset shipments, transfers, returns, and disposals in alignment with regional regulations and business priorities.
  • Support preparation of documentation required for global logistics, including export control documentation, customs forms, and certificates of conformance.
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and enforcement of asset lifecycle policies and procedures.
  • Partner with Applications Engineering and Sales teams to schedule and allocate demo assets for upcoming events and customer trials.
  • Assist team members in testing of system functionality before shipments leave the facility and upon their return to the facility.
  • Work closely with the local service department to schedule and track inventory repair requirements to assure operational capability of all demo assets.
  • Conduct periodic audits and cycle counts to validate inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Track asset condition and recommend disposition actions for aging or non-compliant equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Global Trade Compliance team to ensure adherence to ITAR, EAR, and regional trade requirements.
  • Assist in training and onboarding of new personnel on asset management tools and inventory procedures.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc inventory reports for leadership visibility, audit support, and financial reconciliation.


Job Qualifications

  • Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Previous experience in supply chain logistics, inventory management, or logistics planning in defense or EO/IR system technology product related field
  • Previous experience/knowledge of U.S. and international trade compliance regulations and global shipping requirements.
  • Hands-on learner capable of bridging logistics and product operations by learning system functionality to support setup, verification, and shipment readiness testing.
  • Familiarity with CRM, SAP, or other ERP data systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively work across all levels of the organization and with cross-functional teams.
  • Team-oriented self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Capability to work in a physical environment requiring lifting and movement of objects weighing 50 lbs or more.
