Your Impact
As an Inventory Associate, you’ll support the accuracy and organization of warehouse inventory by performing basic counts, documenting stock levels, and assisting with inventory control tasks. Your work helps maintain inventory integrity, minimize errors, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Perform routine inventory counts under the direction of inventory control leadership
• Compare physical product quantities to system records and report any discrepancies
• Assist in documenting inventory adjustments and maintaining accurate records
• Support investigations into basic variances (missing items, labeling issues, misplaced stock)
• Help maintain clean, organized storage areas to support accurate counting
• Partner with warehouse, receiving, and shipping teams to locate and verify materials
• Follow all safety procedures and inventory control standards
• Assist with preparation and execution of annual physical inventory counts
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, retail, or similar environment (preferred but not required)
• Basic math and data entry skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and inventory procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort using handheld scanners or willing to learn
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software (Preferred- Epicor experience a plus)
• Prior exposure to cycle counting or stockroom work (Preferred)

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
