Job description

Adecco is currently hiring a Forklift Operator / Inventory Associate for a well-established winery, offering $21.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience. This position is perfect for candidates with forklift experience, inventory control skills, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy in a warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move wine products, barrels, bottling materials, and finished goods
  • Load and unload trucks, containers, and production materials
  • Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations
  • Receive, store, and distribute winery supplies and finished products
  • Accurately track inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Inspect shipments and materials for accuracy and quality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow all food safety, GMP, and winery safety regulations
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience required
  • Previous inventory control and warehouse.
  • Experience with cycle counting and inventory management systems
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying warehouse temperatures
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime during peak production and harvest seasons
