Job Description

The Receiving and Inventory Associate manages daily receiving operations and maintains accurate inventory levels within a well-organized warehouse environment. This role ensures product accuracy, proper storage, and efficient order fulfillment while supporting overall warehouse operations and contributing to a smooth and reliable supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect inbound shipments upon arrival and promptly report any damages or discrepancies.
  • Accurately receive and record products in the ERP system to ensure precise inventory data.
  • Organize, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations for easy identification and access.
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment actions to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Perform regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify variances.
  • Assist with periodic full physical inventory audits and update records based on audit results.
  • Adjust inventory placement and records as needed to reflect audit findings and operational changes.
