Job description

The Inventory Control Assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the accounting functions related to inventory management. This role involves frequent collaboration with various departments to ensure inventory data integrity and continuous process improvement, with minimal involvement in financial audits.

Responsibilities

  • Daily reconcile of manufacturing work tickets
  • Using Barcode scanner to receive in material
  • Check inventory data to maintain accurate records
  • Perform data entry tasks related to inventory transactions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize inventory accounting
  • Collaborate frequently with other departments to ensure data accuracy and alignment


Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in Bookkeeping
  • 1+ years of experience Working in a Manufacturing setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
