This role is one that requires the ability to work well in a team environment, and use your attention to detail to ensure parts are received, tracked and kitted to facilitate the production of our products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Placing of received goods into inventory, as well as inventory control in the MRP system and use of other internal software;
  • Ability to read and understand Work Orders, Standard Operating Procedures & other internal documentation;
  • Picking and preparation of Customer Service orders, as well as spares and ancillary kits;
  • Completion of Shortage Reports when necessary, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies;
  • Assist with physical stock counts according to cycle counting procedures;
  • Support production parts requests;
  • Support Customer Service shipping documentation;
  • Production kit creation and issuance;
  • Maintenance of Stock Room and Stock Locations.
