Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Equipment & Inventory Specialist to support the
Solutions Engineering team with daily inventory tracking, equipment preparation, logistical
support, and operational readiness for a growing technical operations team. This role is ideal for
someone who enjoys hands-on work, organization, and supporting fast-paced field operations.
This position will begin as a part-time 1099 contractor role with the opportunity to grow based
on operational needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory & Asset Management
  • Track and maintain equipment inventory across multiple locations
  • Update inventory spreadsheets and asset databases
  • Monitor equipment movement between facilities and field teams
  • Forecasting and ordering inventory with manufacturing and vendors
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and staging incoming equipment
  • Equipment Preparation & Logistics
  • Prepare equipment kits for shipment and deployment
  • Perform basic inspections and readiness checks
  • Label and organize equipment, cases, and accessories
  • Assist with packing, shipping, LTL booking, and receiving operations
  • Coordinate shipments between various teams at multiple locations
  • Operational Support
  • Maintain clean and organized storage/work areas
  • Coordinate with operations leadership on equipment status
  • Support documentation and process improvement efforts
  • Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and demands at HQ as they arise

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with logistics, warehouse operations, technical equipment, or inventory
    management.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and inventory tracking systems
  • Ability to lift and move equipment cases and boxes as needed
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Familiarity with electronics or technical hardware is a plus

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable supporting operational workflows

equipment organization and help improve overall operational efficiency.
Compensation: This is a fixed term, part-time position with a limited duration as outlined in the job description. The hourly wage range for this position is $30 -$40 per hour. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, geographic location and experience. Fixed Term, full-time employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's group health insurance plans after fulfilling tenure and waiting period requirements, subject to the terms and conditions of the plans. Fixed-term, full-time employees are also eligible to receive the following benefits: Paid vacation time, sick leave, statutory holiday pay and 401K savings plan.
