Inventory Management

  • Receive, store, issue, and reconcile project equipment and materials.
  • Establish and maintain chain of custody documentation for all assigned assets.
  • Conduct routine inventory counts, cycle counts, and physical audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
  • Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations for replenishment and allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with company inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Prepare inventory reports, dashboards, and status updates for project leadership.

Asset Control & Chain of Custody

  • Manage asset accountability throughout transportation, deployment, storage, and recovery.
  • Document transfers, assignments, and asset movements.
  • Maintain audit-ready records and supporting documentation.
  • Support asset recovery initiatives and disposition activities.

Inventory Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze inventory trends, usage patterns, and variance data.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Develop reports and metrics related to asset utilization and inventory performance.
  • Support forecasting and planning activities for upcoming projects.

Technical & Project Support

  • Provide technical and operational support during project deployments when inventory responsibilities allow.
  • Assist with equipment setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and logistics coordination.
  • Support project teams with documentation, asset management systems, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Project Management teams to ensure successful project execution.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • 2+ years of inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, asset management, or related experience.
  • Experience maintaining inventory control systems and asset tracking records.
  • Strong understanding of chain of custody and inventory accountability practices.
  • Experience conducting inventory audits and variance investigations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to project locations.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to transport equipment as needed.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

  • Experience supporting technology, telecommunications, construction, infrastructure, or field operations projects.
  • Experience with inventory management software, asset tracking systems, or ERP platforms.
  • Technical troubleshooting or field support experience.
  • Experience analyzing inventory data and preparing operational reports.

Travel Requirements

  • Travel up to 50-75% based on project schedules and business needs.
  • Ability to work at project sites, warehouses, and field locations for extended periods.
