Summary

Responsible for administrating and supporting mobile device hardware, software and infrastructure mobility tools including Intune, Mobile Iron, Ground Control Zebra Stage Now, Apple Business Manager (DEP), Apple Configurator, etc.

Job Description

Reviews trends in service incidents and identify opportunities for improvement, utilizing ITIL foundation concepts. Acts as a subject matter expert while overseeing customer product installations, updates, testing and implementation of devices. Writes clear documentation to capture process and technology details for repeatable high-quality results. Generates targeted device inventory and application compliance reports. Possesses knowledge of mobile operating systems including Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile. Knowledge of Mobile Device Management Solutions (MDM), including Mobile Iron and SOTI, Apple DEP and Android Enterprise. Familiar with Active Directory, including groups, organizational units, and security structure. Demonstrates strong verbal and written communications skills. Manages Verizon contracts and implements company purchased phones for end users.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer or engineering field required. In lieu of education, six years of applicable experience.
Two years of working experience in related field. Two years of experience with hardware and software mobile device support.
