• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via video chat, cultivating a safe and trusting atmosphere for open discussions.
• Encourage clients to explore their emotions and life experiences, facilitating insight and personal growth.

Your client base will consist of a diverse spectrum of adults who are pre-screened to ensure they are suitable for telehealth services, focusing on low-acuity issues that allow for effective virtual treatment. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• An independent LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license is essential; provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and facilitate effective therapy sessions.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding, fostering a therapeutic alliance conducive to healing.
• Proficient in utilizing technology for teletherapy, including video conferencing tools and therapy management software.

• Experience with virtual counseling platforms and telehealth practices is a strong plus.
• A background in various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or mindfulness practices.
• Previous experience working with adult clients in a counseling or therapeutic context.
