Product Interns will each be assigned to one of three focus areas: Loyalty, Frictionless Commerce, or Fan App. The intern focused on Loyalty will support analysis, product marketing initiatives, process documentation, and cross-functional coordination to help improve fan engagement experiences. The intern focused on Frictionless Commerce will support product operations, issue troubleshooting, rollout testing, and process documentation to help ensure a seamless experience for staff-facing digital products. The intern focused on Fan App will support the Product Manager by analyzing existing app functionality, documenting product requirements, and conducting user testing to identify opportunities to improve the pre-event fan experience and other app features.
This is a part-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is not eligible for benefits. The expected duration is six to nine months. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games.
