Job description

OverviewOverview:

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a TurboTax - Retail Business Tax Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

About the Role: In this role, you will work on-site from a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location as part of a collaborative team of experts, serving in-person customers who use Intuit TurboTax products.

Your primary focus will be full-service tax preparation for both consumers and all business entity types such as Sole Prop, PTEs (S corps and Partnerships), providing expert tax advice, planning services, and software support, but your responsibility extends beyond that. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your customers as their dedicated Expert, owning the overall relationship and delivering both tax strategy and tax preparation services. You will develop a deep understanding of each customer’s full financial picture and ensure they receive proactive, personalized guidance.

Additionally, you will play a key role in growing TurboTax’s client base within the local community, attracting new clients, establishing long-term relationships, and driving customer loyalty. You will leverage TurboTax marketing support and software to empower you in building a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both you and your community.
