Job description

Join the Expert Network team as a Staff Communications Manager, where you will architect and own the Centralized Expert Communication Ecosystem to ensure thousands of tax, bookkeeper, and marketing experts are informed, inspired, and prepared to do the best work of their lives and deliver world-class customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Centralized Expert Communication Platform for Expert Network: Design and lead a centralized, 'horizontal' communication function for Intuit's global Expert Network.
  • MarTech Strategy & Implementation: Lead the evaluation, selection, and end-to-end implementation of advanced communication platforms. You aren't just a user; you are the Product Owner of the comms stack, responsible for audience segmentation, real-time automation, and deep-funnel reporting.
  • Strategic GTM & Change Management: Act as a critical bridge between Product, Marketing, Intuit Academy, and Change Management. You will translate complex product updates and campaigns into high-impact communication strategies that minimize friction for our experts.
  • Dynamic Calendar Ownership: Create and govern a living, multi-channel E2E communication roadmap. You will own the intake and prioritization logic to ensure the right message hits the right expert cohort at the right time, preventing 'communication fatigue.'
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Own the expert comms engagement metrics. Use A/B testing and sentiment analysis to move beyond simple 'open rates' toward measuring readiness, comprehension, and expert satisfaction. Utilize qualitative and quantitative research to build customer-backed messaging hierarchies that address expert pain points.
  • Technical Content Strategy & Insights: High 'craft' bar for messaging. You can translate technical product requirements into empathetic, clear, and actionable prose that resonates with experts. Comfortable navigating complex data sets to segment audiences by behavior, geography, or skill level, ensuring a 'segment of one' personalized experience.

Qualifications

  • 8+ Years of experience in corporate communications, CRM marketing, or platform operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred.
  • Platform Mastery (CRM/Automation): Extensive experience architecting CRM lifecycles (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, or Eloqua). You should have a proven track record of setting up new platforms from scratch for large, geographically dispersed audiences.
  • AI-Native Operations: Proactive experience using Generative AI to personalize communication at scale or utilizing LLMs to synthesize expert feedback loops into actionable product insights.
  • Strategic Influence: Ability to manage 'up and across,' influencing VP-level stakeholders and technical squads to align on communication standards and intake priorities.
  • Scalable Systems Thinking: You don't just solve for today; you build reusable frameworks, templates, and automated workflows that allow the communication function to scale as the Expert Network grows.
