Speech-Language Pathologist - Rehab Center

Location: Lake Worth, Florida

Start Date: 08-05-2026

End Date: 11-11-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Day Shift

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on each patient's progress
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to help patients improve communication and swallowing function
  • Document services accurately and in full compliance with regulations and facility standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure well-rounded care
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
  • Master's degree (MS/MA) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Florida state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Education
  • Master's degree (MS/MA) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
