(As seen in the Norfolk Daily News) Actus Nutrition (Milk Specialties Company) has an opening based out of its facilities in Norfolk, NE for the position of Sr. Controls Engineer. Advise on, recommend, and engage in the selection of plant equipment and related control needs for digital and analog I/O, cabinet and system design requirements. Oversee external control vendors. Full Requirements: BS or foreign equiv. in Electrical Eng., Electronics Eng,, or a related specialty technical field and 5 yrs. of progressive, post-bachelor’s experience in controls engineering in a processing plant. Exp. must include work with (1) Allen Bradley PLCs, related components, and Logix programming; (2) various HMI developments (Factory Talk ME, Factory Talk View and/or Aveva InTouch) and all related systems (tag/data servers and historians); (3) Rockwell and related US automation technologies; and (4) control system design and troubleshooting methodologies. Position may require travel up to 50% of the time for 2-3 days per visit to various company sites across the US.
