Key Responsibilities:  Meeting with clients to provide behavioral health support, including documentation, charting, policy and process development, quality improvement, case management, and follow up. 

About the Organization:

Integrative Touch, (www.integrativetouch.org) a Tucson based non-profit organization is hiring a Licensed Clinician serving as the provider of therapeutic services for children, families and community members in the Integrative Touch Healing Center.

Job Description: 

  • The Licensed Clinician has knowledge and experience of behavioral health and chronic health conditions. 

  • This position will coordinate care for clients with dual diagnoses, substance use, general mental health, serious mental illness, and physical health conditions.

  • In this capacity the Licensed Clinician is responsible for providing a variety of outpatient therapy services to clients with mental illness, addiction disorders, trauma effects, and chronic conditions. 

  • This role will work in conjunction with other interdisciplinary team members to provide a continuum of services designed to aid in the client's recovery goals and enhance outcomes. The Licensed Clinician will also be responsible for managing the coordination of care of clients to help develop service plans, integrated assessments, and recovery objectives. 

  • They must be able to work independently, but also function as a team member, providing high quality services to our clients. Evidence-based treatments and population health guide the quality work and outcomes of the clients. 

Primarily responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of records aligning with HIPAA requirements, 

  • Assessing for risk of harm to self and others, complete initial and ongoing assessments of client's assigned to your panel, 

  • Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling, maintain client-related paperwork (diagnosis bill, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms),

  • Evaluation of physical and/or mental conditions based on review of information through staffing with the integrated treatment team and observation of the client, 

  • Refer members to community resources and internal services as necessary and engage in population health and evidence-based driven measures to enhance outcomes of the client and align with Integrative Touch values. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field (LCSW Required)

  • Active License in the state of Arizona 

  • Independently Licensed clinician (highly preferred – not required)

  • Supervisor level

  • Bilingual (preferred)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Software especially 365 platform 

  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) 

  • Strong organizational skills and communication skills 

  • Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery model

  • Passion for the nonprofit sector.

Employment Details:

  • Starts part-time but can transition to three-quarters or full-time.
