Can use LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. to search for candidates.
Good communication skills 
Virtual recruiting
Use of MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint a must
 
Responsibilities 
Recruiting – This is the primary aspect of the role
• Resume search and review
• Scheduling Applicants and coordinating schedules, create interview itineraries, etc.
• Administer Testing
• Set up intake meetings for new job openings
• Provide training to managers on reviewing resumes in Peoplesoft (if have access)
• Research job assessments and update interview questions as needed
 
Onboarding
• Schedule new hires first day, send emails to Team Leaders, follow up on pre-hire activities
• Coordinate New Hire Announcements
• Create Day One Packets (keep in stock)
• Create Swag bags (keep in stock)
• Update Evacuation Procedure
• Create badges, take photos ?
• Wellness Waiver
• Urgent notification list/test
• Send Global Code of Conduct and Export Compliance test to Export Administrator
• Update AAG phone book
