Are you a skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist looking for a flexible opportunity to make a significant impact? We are seeking a talented Special Procedures Technologist to join our Interventional Radiology department on a per diem basis. This is an exciting chance to work alongside expert Radiologists, utilizing advanced imaging techniques to support life-changing, minimally invasive procedures.

Schedule: Per Diem, varying, flexible hours.

Pay Range: $39.60 - $50.60, based on experience

What you'll do:

  • Advanced Imaging: Utilize state-of-the-art imaging equipment to produce high-quality radiographic images, often with a high degree of autonomy and precision.
  • Collaborative Support: Work hand-in-hand with Radiologists, providing critical assistance during a wide array of complex interventional procedures, including angiograms, biopsies, drainages, and embolizations.
  • Patient-Centered Care: Play a vital role in coordinating patient services, ensuring seamless care delivery & exceptional experiences for patients & referring providers.
  • Safety & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of radiation safety and patient confidentiality, adhering strictly to NYSDOH and JCAHO regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of two year AMA-approved school of radiographic technology required
  • Current valid Rad Tech NYS License required
  • American Registry of Radiological Technology Registry/ARRT (R) required
  • BLS certificate required.
  • 2-3 years Radiology Tech exp. including one year Interventional Radiology exp. preferred, but we will consider exceptional new graduate Rad Tech candidates.

    Pay Range: $39.60 - $50.60
