Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring at least 2 years of specialty experience and one prior travel assignment.

Details
  • Interventional Radiology unit within a hospital setting
  • 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • On-call requirement: weekday call once every other week and weekend call once every 4–6 weeks (no other weekend requirement)
  • Possible floating to cath lab holding area
  • 13-week contract
Requirements
  • Active DC RN license required
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum 2 years of specialty experience in Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab, procedural areas, ICU, or ER
  • At least 1 prior travel assignment required
  • Moderate sedation administration experience required
  • IV start experience required
  • 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
  • Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
Additional Information
  • No holiday time-off requests will be accommodated
  • Flu vaccine required
  • Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate
