Job description

Step into an essential role supporting advanced imaging and interventional procedures alongside a dynamic radiology team. This contract opportunity focuses on providing exemplary patient care in interventional radiology settings, making a critical impact in diagnostic and therapeutic services.
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid RN license with current registration
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Interventional Radiology Nurse or in Imaging - Interventional Radiology
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification
  • Proficiency in assisting with interventional radiology procedures, including conscious sedation
  • Strong IV and vascular access skills
  • Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
  • Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures; quickly respond to emergent situations
  • Collaborate with interventional radiologists, technologists, and other clinical staff for seamless patient care
