Job description

RP SMIL is seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to join their well-established, multi-specialty practice in Scottsdale, AZ. This full-time, on-site position offers a partnership track and additional shareholder opportunities. The role requires strong procedural skills and expertise in a wide range of interventional procedures, with a minimum of 80% of work dedicated to IR.

Practice Info

  • Locally managed AI-enabled IT Platform with 24x7 IT support and a dedicated communications team, which includes Radiologist Support Coordinators (RSCs)
  • PowerScribe, InteleRad, and Epic support an efficient, connected workflow across reporting, imaging, and clinical systems
  • No Mammography, Nuclear Medicine or MSK responsibility
  • Shift assignment, call responsibility, and vacation allotment are all shared equally
  • Southwest Medical Imaging (SMIL) is a 70+ highly subspecialized radiology practice based in Scottsdale, AZ
  • SMIL owns and operates nearly 20 outpatient imaging centers in the Valley and serves a healthcare network consisting of 6 hospitals

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of interventional procedures
  • Work majority in IR (minimum 80%)

Compensation

  • Partnership track offered + additional shareholder opportunity with the physician owned SMIL Outpatient Imaging Centers
  • Salary plus comprehensive benefit package - base salary plus productivity bonuses
  • Competitive salary, benefits with options to increase income with a unique flexible compensation plan
  • The salary range for this position is $550,000-$700,000
  • This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
