Integrated Healthcare Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Job Description & Requirements

Requirements: "Interventional Technologist - 4X10's 
BLS / ACLS required
Manager WILL consider candidates with NO Travel and NO Trauma experience
13 or 26 week contract available 
call as needed, rotating day off per week

Candidates must have completed one of the following ( entry into practice) education programs : 
( specific program taken must be clearly noted on resume)

*Associate Degree or above program in Radiologic Technology OR *2 year RCIS program"

Required: RNs must have one year of inpatient experience minimum in the related department with the trauma level shown below                
Required: One year of travel experience is preferred but will consider six monthsโ€™ travel

Job Summary:

Under general supervision, provides nursing care in one of OU Healthโ€™s specialty areas. The role involves delivering competent patient care, administering medications, monitoring physiological data, assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, and interacting with patients and families to share care plans. The RN will oversee treatments provided by technicians, delegate tasks to support staff, and ensure effective communication with patients and families regarding hospital procedures and discharge plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures.
  • Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
