Schedule/Availability Requirements:

  • Monday-Friday 7a-5p (hourly), 5p-7a (night call - 2.5 gratis hours)
  • Mon-Sun - 7a-7a - 24 hour call (8 gratis hours)

May 20 - Orientation

May 21 (a) - 30 (a)

Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Call, Clinic FTE: 1.0

Required Procedures/Job Duties: Interventional Call, Interventional procedures, both scheduled and unscheduled. Some clinic days depending on the length of the stay. Inpatient consults, and inpatient study reads as well.

EMR: EPIC Support Staff: RN

Submission Requirements

Board Certified Interventional Cardiology - Required

Active CO License - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)

Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)

Residency Requirements/Fellowship – Required

Minimum 2 years' experience - Required

Must disclose # of shift per month the provider can offer to the team ongoing - Required

Must be available for dates listed in job description to be considered for ongoing dates - Required

Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required

Candidate must have EPIC experience - Required to note at presentation.

Clean Malpractice/background - Required, candidates that include a self inquiry NPDB report at time of presentation will be considered with priority.
