Insurance Requirements: To be eligible for this role, candidates must be at least 23 years of age and possess a Class C (Non-CDL) license, and have maintained an acceptable driving record.

Compensation Details:

Job Description
Schedule: 5AM start time, Monday/Saturday off (split days).
The Role: You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers in our Central Oregon delivery area.
Essential Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
  • Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries.
  • Load and unload product from trailer.
  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery.
  • Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers.
  • Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues.
  • Professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment.
  • Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate.
  • All other duties as requested or assigned.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Be 23 yrs. or older due to insurance requirements.
  • 1+ year of driving experience highly preferred.
  • Valid Class C (Non-CDL) license and medical card Interstate qualification, registered.
  • Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift.
  • Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English Satisfactory driving record.
