Internships can be paid or unpaid and may last from a few weeks to several months. They provide hands-on learning, networking opportunities, and a chance to develop industry-specific skills. Many employers use internships to identify potential full-time hires.

These abilities allow interns to make meaningful contributions, develop professionally, and succeed in dynamic professional environments.
