Unlike traditional student internships, these programs often have more flexible eligibility requirements and can lead to entry-level positions or full-time employment. They are available in various industries and may be paid or unpaid, depending on the organization.

What types of projects or tasks are typically assigned to interns who are not currently students?

These can include research, data analysis, administrative support, or even participation in cross-functional project teams, depending on the organization. Since non-student interns may have more flexible availability, they are sometimes given greater responsibility or longer-term projects than traditional student interns. Collaboration with full-time staff and opportunities for mentorship are common, providing valuable exposure to professional workflows and industry practices.
