Internship Youtube Script Writer Jobs in Florida

• Plan, film, edit, and publish organic content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube on a consistent posting cadence
• Develop and execute content series and campaign tie-ins (e.g., recurring formats, attorney-led segments, community activations)
• Write on-brand captions, scripts, and hooks that reflect Farah & Farah's voice: empathetic, locally rooted, direct, and accessible
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to capture authentic, selfie-style and interview-style content
• Monitor competitor and industry social activity and surface relevant trends or opportunities
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; engage with the community in real time
• Track organic performance and report out regularly to the Digital Marketing Manager
• Stay current on platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts, and adapt content strategy accordingly
• Partner with the Production Manager and production vendors on shoot logistics for higher-lift content
• Support influencer and community partnership content as needed
• Ensure all content complies with Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina Bar advertising rules, including required disclaimers
• Maintain organized content archives and asset libraries

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 2-4+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field (agency, in-house, or creator background all welcome)
• Demonstrated ability to shoot and edit short-form video
• Strong writing skills with an ear for tone and voice
• Comfortable being on camera and directing others on camera
• Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube best practices and native tools
• Familiarity with editing tools such as Veed, Adobe Premiere, or similar
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing a content calendar independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with attorneys and staff to source content
• A genuine interest in community, local news, and storytelling

• Experience in compliance-heavy industry
• Experience with social listening or analytics tools
• Photography and lighting knowledge
• Spanish language skills

• Consistent, high-quality content output that grows engagement and follower trust, not just follower count
• Content that feels authentic to Farah & Farah's community-first brand rather than generic law firm marketing
• Strong working relationships with attorneys that make them comfortable participating on camera
• A well-organized, forward-planned content calendar with minimal last-minute scrambling
