Job description

Vergence is growing Federal Government contractor providing mission critical services to government customers both in Indiana and around the United States.

Required Experience:

- Minimum seven (7) years of experience as a Cyber Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Cyber Architect, or similar experience.

- Expert knowledge in designing and configuring computer networks including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, and VLANs utilizing bare metal and virtualized systems.

- Automation, provisioning, imaging, orchestration, and configuration management.

- Open-source platform experience with applications such as Ansible, Python, and other open-source applications.

- Hypervisors such as VMware, Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM), and Xen.

- Windows enterprise and Linux server / operating systems engineering, and administration with knowledge of network vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation.

- Wide variety of technology to include camera systems, ICS/SCADA, Internet of Things (IoT), and RF devices.
