Job description

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents. Ultimately, your job is to maintain the efficiency of production in order to reduce costs. As a process engineer you should have experience in process design, excellent technical skills, and high-level analytical skills. You will be able to analyze a process system and implement simple yet effective changes to boost production.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (ABET accredited).
  • 2-5 years of experience (internships or co-ops in a manufacturing environment required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic AutoCAD skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
  • MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER

  • Process Monitoring:Monitor manufacturing process equipment and data (yields, cycle times, downtime) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve daily production issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Continuous Improvement:Support Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing projects (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) to enhance productivity.
  • Documentation:Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI), and process flow diagrams.
  • Safety Compliance:Ensure all processes adhere to safety standards (OSHA) and environmental regulations.
