This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with in-person responsibilities determined according to program and school needs. Learn more about us at https://learn4life.org/ How You Will Make an Impact The Community Liaison (CL) will support the program objectives, including supporting collaborative relationships with community organizations, businesses, and individuals to engage students to strengthen job skills and participate in job shadowing and/or internships

The Community Liaison will also support students enrolling, completing community college courses, and meeting the program requirements for high school graduation. This position will also establish and support the growth of collaborative relationships with community organizations, businesses, and individuals to engage students and increase public awareness of the organization's educational solutions and programs favorably. This position reports to the Principal or designee.

Able to perform some evening student recruitment and/or evening meetings; occasionally working on Saturday and/or Sunday. Knowledge and/or experience in project management, program development, organizing, prioritizing, coordinating, implementing, and managing multiple programs, projects, tasks and building teams required.

Strong autonomy, reliable, responsible, dependable and willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges. Proficient level of skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other technology applications. Ability to travel performance of job duties is required.
