Job Summary

The role ofSenior Associate, Programmaticseeksastrong programmatic media planner with hands-on-keyboard experiencetoleadthe creation of tacticalprogrammaticmedia plansand oversee in-platformplatform set up and optimization.This role is criticalto make sure that the distinguished subject matterexpertiseof our programmatic capabilityis able tobe effectively translated into tacticalapplication.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

60% Strategic Planning & Optimizations

  • AnalyticalPlanning:Usereporting to make analytical decisions that lead to keytactical and audience approaches as seen in plan formulation.

  • Tactical translation: Beable to articulate how overarching media strategy and the role of channels results in the particulars of the programmatic plan created.

  • Platform fluency:Exhibitproficiencyin collaborating with Associates on the in-platformcampaign set up and tracking and tagging details for campaign plan success.

  • Optimization backup: Stepin to help with campaignoptimizations as necessary in balancing bandwidth needs of your team members and pod of accounts.

  • Negotiation input:Lean in on negotiations withpublishers and platforms to get the most out of the partnerswe'retapping into and the ways in whichthey'repricing and making their solutions accessible to us

  • Bidding & Optimization plan: Work with Associates to craft a thoughtful plan for bid adjustments and optimization levers in anticipation ofhow the campaign will perform

20% Account Management

  • Clear Communication:Ensureintrateamalignment on all critical details and understanding.See around corners toanticipatewhere confusion could arise.

  • Opportunity identification: Surface areas wherefurther education or test and learning options would make sense to share and discuss

20% Learning & Development

  • SMEshowcasing:Gain subject-matterexpertisein programmatic technology, strategy, and optimization conceptsand practice speaking to an increased grasp of these concepts

  • Knowledge share: Recognizeopportunities to talk about what your campaigns are doing that is noteworthy and thoughtfulin order tobe able to help other teams and verticals with consideration for what might work for them.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • No Managerial responsibility but work closely withAssociates,Assistantsand Interns toprovide training and onboarding.

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • At least 2 years ofin-platform programmatic experience.

  • Proven ability to develop/implement/improve business processes.

  • Proven ability to thrive in highly collaborative work environments.

  • Must be a self-starter andexhibitadvanced business maturity.

  • Advanced user of at least twoDSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Walmart Connect, Amazon, Yahoo.)

  • Strong knowledge of statistical concepts relevant to optimization, as well as scientific testing in livecampaignenvironments.

  • Experience mentoring junior employees is preferredand influencing strategic decisions a big plus

  • Demonstrated success in drivingpartner negotiations to increased performance success

  • Demonstrated success in mapping analytical insights to plan development, measurementapproachand optimization plan

  • Advanced ability in Microsoft Excelexpected.

  • Comfort level with being able to parallel path and work across multiple workstreams and clients at the same time.

Salary Range:$1,275.00 to$1,634.62a week. A successful applicant's actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training,licensure/certifications, and equity.
