Job Responsibilities

  • Performs analysis related to integration or separation planning, including functional readiness and transition considerations.
  • Supports development of integration and separation plans, timelines, and workplans.
  • Participates in client meetings and working sessions to gather information and validate assumptions.
  • Prepares client-ready materials and supports synthesis of engagement findings.
  • Coaches associates and supports review of junior team members’ work.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–6 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting M&A integration, separation, or transformation initiatives.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $88,900 - $168,300

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
