Job description

Location: Remote- Eligible US Locations
About the role and about You:
At Zwift, our Creative team brings together Design, Copywriting, and Production to create work that grows our business and shapes our brand. From global advertising campaigns and major product launches to social content, retail experiences, and partnerships, we believe creativity is one of our biggest competitive advantages.
As a Senior Designer, you'll help define how Zwift shows up in the world. You'll partner closely with Copywriters to develop big ideas, create distinctive visual identities, and craft work that reaches millions of riders around the globe. One week you might be developing a campaign for a new feature launch, the next designing an experiential activation at the Tour de France or creating the visual language for a brand collaboration.
You're a designer, but you're also a thinker. You love solving creative problems, sweating the details, and bringing fresh perspectives to every brief. You're equally comfortable presenting ideas, directing a photoshoot, building a campaign system, or jumping into Figma to help bring a digital experience to life.
What you'll do:
  • Partner with Copywriters and Marketing Managers to develop bold, strategically grounded creative concepts for global marketing campaigns across Zwift's hardware and software businesses.
  • Create compelling visual identities that scale across product launches, in-game events, brand collaborations, experiential activations, retail, and digital experiences.
  • Develop concepts for engaging social-first creative across static, motion, and short-form video, helping oversee production to ensure ideas are executed to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with photographers, filmmakers, and producers to shape product photography, advertising campaigns, and video content from concept through production.
  • Help bring Zwift's campaigns to life across digital touchpoints by contributing Figma layouts for web, CRM, and in-game marketing assets, with a high level of craft and attention to detail.
  • Capture cinematic in-game imagery from the Zwift video game world for use across global marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand communications.

What we're looking for:
  • Around 5-7 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house brand team, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a curiosity for exploring emerging AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
  • You're a creative thinker first, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual ideas, distinctive visual design, and exceptional craft.
  • You have a sharp eye for typography, composition, and visual systems, with the ability to build brand identities that work consistently across multiple channels.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Copywriters, Marketing Managers and Producers to develop, present and refine creative ideas.
  • You're comfortable owning projects from concept through execution, balancing creative ambition with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • You're curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills, embracing opportunities to work across everything from social and experiential to digital, photography, and video.

Bonus points:
  • A passion for cycling, running, or fitness.
  • Experience designing for sport, gaming, or culturally relevant consumer brands.
  • Experience art directing photography or video productions.

If Zwift determines in any stage of our interviews that any AI tools are being used without disclosure or citation, your candidacy will be disqualified.
For All US Based Full-Time Positions:
The base salary for this position ranges between$70,500-$110,000. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, Zwift is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package for all eligible employees which also includes performance bonuses, equity, and a full range of medical, financial, and other perks and benefits.
How to stand out among the rest:
Your resume/CV is enough to show off your skills, accomplishments, and experience. However, if you choose to include a cover letter introducing us to your awesome personality, we will read that too.
We strongly believe that different backgrounds and ideas are a competitive advantage; we hire candidates of any race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital or family status, disability, Veteran status, and any other status. Zwift is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please let us know by emailing careers@zwift.com.
