Job description

The Role: Content Creator
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Content Creator to join our fast-paced creative studio, supporting a leading luxury automotive client across 4 iconic brands.
As a Content Creator, you aren't just behind the camera; you are a key storyteller on the ground. We are looking for a true "self-shooting director/creator" who can jump onto live briefs, concept native content on the fly, and capture stunning ad-hoc assets at major events and North American activations.
Working closely with our UK-based Social Creative Directors, strategists, and producers, you'll be the visual engine that translates brand goals into thumb-stopping social content. If you have a killer eye for luxury aesthetics, a passion for automotive culture, and the ability to shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality content solo or as part of a larger crew, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Content Capture & Direction: Capture premium still photography and video content for our social handles, including on-location shoots, studio setups, and ad-hoc live captures.
โ€ข On-Site Activations: Attend key North American brand activations and events to capture real-time, ad-hoc social content, supporting broader shoots and editing on-the-fly.
โ€ข Video Editing & Production: Edit highly engaging short-form (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form video content tailored for both organic and paid media channels.
โ€ข Collaborative Concepting: Partner closely with our UK-based Social CDs, creative teams, and producers to concept native social ideas specifically designed to elevate the brand's presence in North America.
โ€ข Asset Management: Efficiently organize, manage, and hand off media assets, ensuring seamless delivery pipelines under tight deadlines.
โ€ข Social & Trend Listening: Keep a pulse on evolving platform features, automotive content trends, and emerging visual styles to keep our content cutting-edge.
The ideal candidate will:
โ€ข Be a One-Person Crew: Comfortable handling camera setups, lighting, audio, and directing solo when needed, while remaining a great collaborator on larger team shoots.
โ€ข Possess a Luxury Eye: Have a deep understanding of premium visual aesthetics, framing, pacing, and color that fits a world-class automotive brand.
โ€ข Thrive in Dynamic Environments: Be highly adaptable, organized, and energized by the fast-paced nature of live events and activation environments.
โ€ข Be Proactive & Autonomous: A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to shoot, but actively spots opportunities to capture beautiful, engaging brand moments.
โ€ข Be a Clear Communicator: Keep both internal team members (across time zones) and client stakeholders informed and aligned with a highly professional attitude.
Qualifications & Experience:
โ€ข 2-5 years of professional experience in content creation, with a portfolio showcasing both stunning photography and video production.
โ€ข Prior experience working on automotive brands, luxury lifestyle, or motorsport-related content is strongly preferred.
โ€ข Highly proficient with industry-standard editing software (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) and camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to work under tight turnaround times without sacrificing creative quality.
โ€ข Experience working within an agency or fast-paced production studio environment is a major plus.
โ€ข A degree of some sort will help us understand your background and point of view.
Sound like you? Then we'd love to talk to you about this super exciting opportunity!
T&P is an equal opportunity employer and considers applicants for all positions without discrimination or regard to particular characteristics. We are committed to fostering a culture of respect in which everyone feels they belong and has the same opportunities to progress in their careers.
The pay range for this role is $80,000-$100,000 . Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in location of hire.
