Emergency Veterinarian Position

Pieper Memorial Veterinary Center is expanding, and we are looking for experienced Emergency Veterinarians to join our outstanding team of dedicated professionals in Middletown, Connecticut.

Our state-of-the-art facility includes everything you need to practice the highest level of medicine. You will enjoy a collegial and collaborative work environment including a committed team of technicians, assistants, and a client liaison. You and your patients will be supported by boarded specialists in Internal Medicine, Neurology, Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging, Avian/Exotics, and Critical Care as well as a seasoned team of primary care veterinarians. As an added bonus, we enjoy an Antech reference laboratory in the building with an on-site clinical pathologist.

At Pieper, we prioritize a doctor-led, medicine first approach and are proud to offer equity options to our veterinarians. We believe in an integrated veterinary system that brings together veterinarians and medical teams from every type of practice to support our community. Pieper Veterinary is committed to education and in addition to our rotating internships, specialty internships, and residencies partners with Middlesex Community College to provide clinical training for their AVMA accredited veterinary technology program.
