Position Summary
SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Michigan Area Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Position is onsite five days a week.
  • Administrative duties will vary daily based upon need, but typical duties would include arranging travel and coordinating vouchers through defense travel system (DTS), management of time and attendance through Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS), management of calendars, and setting up meetings.

Minimum Qualifications of Administrative Assistant
High School Diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience. Exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; if you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products
