What are some common challenges faced when managing and tracking multiple interns simultaneously?

Managing several interns at once often involves balancing individualized support with overall program consistency. Common challenges include ensuring clear communication, keeping track of each intern’s progress, and coordinating feedback from various team members. Successful internship tracking typically requires the use of digital tools or spreadsheets to monitor assignments, deadlines, and mentorship activities.
