Internship Description:
The congressional affairs intern would support the overall operations of the Congressional Affairs team by assisting with research, writing, legislative monitoring, and administrative coordination. This role provides hands-on experience in federal advocacy and exposure to the legislative process. The ideal candidate will be available 15-20 hours per week.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Legislative research
  • Compiling prep materials for senior leadership
  • Support in planning and executing advocacy events
  • Attending hearings and briefings
  • Providing general administrative support

Compensation:

Working Conditions
  • This position is 15-20 hours/week
  • This internship is based in the Washington, DC office
  • Interns MUST be in the office on designated team days (2-3 days a week) and specifically for cohort touch base.
