  • Ensure software requirements, validation activities, and traceability documentation comply with contractual requirements, internal procedures, and product specifications.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and execution of software requirements models and system architectures.
  • Participate in requirements reviews, change management activities, and verification efforts throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining processes that support organizational compliance initiatives, including CMMI and CMMC frameworks.
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Quality, and other functional groups.

  • Demonstrated ability to derive, document, manage, and maintain software requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Experience working with internal and external software development teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of requirements verification, validation, and traceability methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, virtually, and by telephone.
  • Regular use of close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus as needed to perform job duties.
Work Environment
  • This position operates in both office and manufacturing environments.
  • Work may involve exposure to varying environmental conditions, including temperature fluctuations, loud noise, and industrial operations.
  • Requires strong attention to detail, concentration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
