  • No prior industry experience is necessary to apply
  • Minimum Requirements:

  • Research and execute on projects that help to further the achievement of our sustainable packaging goals, including helping us to understand policy and NGO perspectives on packaging
  • Support our marketing teams in communicating on L'Oreal's and our brands' sustainability efforts that will most resonate with our consumers, including researching and digesting consumer insights on sustainability and developing materials to support retailer engagement on sustainability
  • You will also have the opportunity to support the Sustainability team in our work on philanthropy, sustainability communications and employee learning and engagement.

The Program:
  • This is a paid internship opportunity. Housing assistance is provided on an individual basis based on eligibility per our L'Oréal Relocation Policy.
  • All interns will be paired with a mentor and buddy to help guide you through your internship
  • Professional development & social programming is an integral part of your internship experience to understand our culture. From networking events to trainings, your calendar will always be full!

What's In It For You:
  • Salary Range: $27-$30 per hour (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location)
  • Hybrid Work Policy (3 Days in Office, 2 Days Work from Home)
