Job description

Program Overview:
We’re excited to offer the internship opportunity to join our Nail Design team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in nail product design from concept to production. Interns will work closely with our design team to create innovative nail products while learning the end-to-end development process. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for beauty, design, and product development who is eager to see their ideas come to life in physical products.
Internship Duration:
  • Start Date: June 15, 2026
  • End Date: August 14, 2026
  • Schedule: Monday ~ Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
 
  • Assist in organizing nail materials and design components
  • Create original artificial nail designs and sticker concepts
  • Translate handmade designs into production-ready digital formats
  • Develop graphic assets to support nail product collections
  • Support the preparation of production samples
  • Collaborate with the design team on seasonal concepts and product development
Mentorship & Learning Opportunities:
 
  • Gain hands-on experience in transforming creative concepts into production-ready designs
  • Learn industry techniques for creating scalable graphic assets
  • Develop an understanding of the full nail product development lifecycle
  • Receive mentorship and feedback from experienced design professionals
  • Exposure to market trends and product innovation within the beauty industry
Desired Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field
  • Strong interest in beauty and nail design
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Ability to translate concepts into visual designs
  • Bilingual preferred (Kor/Eng), as there may be communication with international teams and enhance involvement in global projects.

Compensation Range: $20 hourly
