We’re looking for an onsite Quality Manager for our plant in Aurora, Illinois who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and knows how to balance high standards with real-world production demands.

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind product quality on the plant floor—partnering closely with operations, leading a team of inspectors and technicians, and ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets both customer expectations and internal standards.

Drive Quality Excellence:

  • Develop and execute quality strategies aligned with plant and company goals
  • Establish and maintain robust GMP and quality systems
