Project Engineer

Titan America LLC has an excellent opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our Business Growth and Development Unit. This pivotal role is central to executing growth strategies, optimizing financial performance, and maximizing asset utilization. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the Project Engineer will drive forward strategic initiatives in alignment with Titan America's mission and values.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in project scheduling, management, and cost estimation.
  • Identify and implement projects supporting Titan America's goals.
  • Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, costing, engineering, installation, and supervision.
  • Gather engineering data for financial analysis preparation.
  • Adapt to a dynamic work environment and occasional travel requirements.
  • Demonstrate leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Utilize experience with planning, scheduling, and data analyzing systems.
  • Engage in product development through market analysis and strategic planning.
  • Utilize CAD software for design and drafting tasks.
  • Apply project management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. Proficient analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project). Proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong work ethic. Previous internship or work experience in engineering or business development is preferred.
