Job description

Job Summary 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Receptionist & Accounting Data Entry Intern to join our team. In this dual-function role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment at our front desk while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company databases. This internship offers hands-on experience in office management, professional communication, and data integrity. 

Key Responsibilities 

Front Desk & Reception 

Visitor Management: Greet and assist all guests, clients, and vendors in a professional, courteous manner. 

Communication Hub: Answer and route incoming phone calls using a multi-line system, taking clear and accurate messages. 

Data Entry & Administrative Support 

Data Entry: Enter accounts payable invoicing in accounting software for payment. 

Digital Filing: Scan, organize, and file physical documents into digital storage system (Sharepoint.) 

Reporting: Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports, account reconciliations & service invoices. 

Qualifications & Skills 

Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or related field preferred). 


Technical Skills  

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Sharepoint) 

Typing Proficiency: Accurate typing skills  

Soft Skills 

Exceptional verbal and written communication. 

High level of attention to detail and accuracy. 

Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.

Working Conditions
